Anthony S. Hart III
Anthony S. Hart III became of counsel to the firm in 1992. Tony is a 1977 University of Detroit Law School graduate with a 1981 Wayne State University Law School Masters in Taxation. He became a CPA in 1979. He was an adjunct professor in Walsh College's Master of Science in Taxation Program (1983-1985). He has extensive experience in all aspects of taxation involving pensions and employee benefits. Tony has particular expertise in tax controversies and curing retirement plan errors. Tony has dealt with the ERISA aspects of many types of corporate transactions. Tony is also named by vote and independent research as a "Michigan Super Lawyer".
